Lanes 1 and 2 are pre-shock meserteric lymph form two animals; the lanes 1' and 2' are from post-shock mesenteric lymph from the same animals. Each lane contained 20 μg total protein. Ponceau S staining (lower image) of the membrane was used to evaluate protein loading and transfer.
