  1. The number of spectra in cluster 1 is 7,739, while that in cluster 2 is 10,305. Because each spectrum is represented by a 12-dimensional feature vector, the cluster center of each cluster is also a 12-dimensional vector. The meaning of each value of the vector is the corresponding introduced feature in the “Features of Peptide Mass Spectra” section
