  2. GN glomerulonephritis, DN diabetic nephropathy, HN hypertensive nephropathy, Other other CKD diagnosis.
  3. * One patient fulfilled the diabetes criteria just before study inclusion and another had nephrosclerosis only in his kidney biopsy.
