  1. The results of RCAL were calculated using the median ICC; the SIMEX results were calculated using the within-subject σ2. Beta coefficients represent the logistic regression coefficient results, while the β* represent the RCAL and SIMEX results. These two models were applied in order to obtain the unbiased regression coefficients β*
  2. OR odds ratio, RCAL regression calibration analysis, SIMEX simulation and extrapolation analysis
  3. Wald test p value = univariate statistics obtained from the logistic regression, without adjusting p values for multiple comparison
