The colour gradient represents the size of the p value (p < 0.05). The label at the top of the bar graph shows the enrichment factor (richFactor ≤ 1), which represents the ratio of the number of differentially expressed proteins annotated to a certain GO functional category to the number of identified proteins annotated to that GO functional category
