MS/MS spectra of SARS-CoV-2 peptides most confidently identified in PepQuery (p-value < 0.001) and across the most clinical samples. Spectral quality was interrogated using the Lorikeet viewer implemented within the Multi-Omics Visualization Platform (MVP); images for annotated PSMs for these peptides were created using the PDV platform from the Zhang lab [39]
