Comparison of HNSCC TIF and healthy buccal epithelial cell lysate from brush biopsy using the cellular components Gene Ontology term. Identified proteins of HNSCC TIF (solid bars) and epithelial cell lysate (open bars) were categorized into different cellular localizations. Proteins with names associated with cytosol or cytoskeleton were grouped as cytoplasmic. Proteins with localizations for the nucleus, mitochondria, the endoplasmic reticulum, the Golgi complex, peroxisomes, or lysosomes were grouped as organellar. Several proteins were grouped into more than one bin. Proteins with no Gene Ontology information or no clear localization were grouped as unclassified
