  1. Number of proteins and peptides are the sum of triplicate analysis with a false-discovery rate (FDR) of 1%. The average number of proteins identified in the OvCa and control samples are 165 and 140, whereas the average number of unique peptides are 793 and 444, respectively. “All” represents the total number of non-redundant proteins and peptides identified in all 12 specimens analyzed.
