Typical examples of the MS/MS spectra of unique peptides from complement C4B. a MS/MS spectra that correlated to the fully tryptic amino acid sequence GLEEELQFSLGSK with [M + H]+ 1437.33 and a z value of 2+; b MS/MS spectra that correlated to the fully tryptic amino acid sequence NGFKSHALQLNNR with [M + H]+ 1500.23 and a z value of 3+. The MS/MS fragment ions are labelled exactly as provided by the Proteome Discoverer system that used the SEQUEST algorithm provided by Thermo Fisher.
