QC results summary for peptide LGPLVEQGR. The heatmap shows the model output for each transition pair and each sample. With the exception of transition y5, the peptide passes QC in almost all the samples and therefore can be accurately quantified. Transition y5 seems to be systematically flagged across many of the samples. Manual inspection of y5 reveals that this transition is affected by interference in most of the samples. The peak groups for 6 of the 70 runs in this study are depicted to compare the model output with manual evaluation of these peaks
