Comparison of complement protein abundance in plasma during EBOV- or Bp-infection in rhesus macaques. a Abundance levels of C1r were higher in plasma collected from EBOV-infected rhesus macaques on Days 5 and 6 PI. The abundance of b C4B, c C4A and d C5 were significantly higher in plasma samples collected during Bp infection when compared to EBOV-infected samples. Abundance levels that were significantly different from levels found in naïve NHPs are designated with a black border around the symbol and levels that were significantly different between EBOV- and Bp-infected NHPs are designated with an asterisk (*). Statistical significance was based on 2-way ANOVA analysis
