Protein lysate from normal human FT and TP was separated in first dimension on IPG strip (17 cm, pI range 3–10) and in the second dimension by SDS-PAGE (8–15%gradient gel). Gels were stained with colloidal Coomassie stain. Differential protein spots were mostly localized in pI range of 5–8. FT: First trimester placenta; TP: Term placenta
