Quantification of kinases by DDA and PRM. A KiP experiments for 7REF cells were performed at 4 different concentrations (from 12.5 μg to 100 μg), and samples were run on the mass spectrometer using hybrid mode (DDA/PRM). Although both DDA and PRM produce good correlations for many kinases, PRM dramatically improves quantification for lower abundance kinases. B ERBB2, CDK4, CDK6, and AKT2 quantifications are plotted as representative examples
